I have a vast experience in BPO industry as a customer support executive and as a Senior Quality analyst. How can i get into the same field?

First of all we need to look for the same line of business in which we were doing our job from the beginning.The companies may have the same job routine but the process name might be different.We need to have a deep research about the processes of various companies which have the customer support job services available.Only then we have the option to try and apply in the same field.
