if you want to be good dealing with change you should be flexible with your work and abilities you should learn how to adapte with a new difficult things , when ever you faced with a change you should put extra effort to make the change a smooth transition " analyze the situation and always try to find ways " you can then contribute to the change in the positive way . I think also good anticipating change by being attentive and observant .
Today business environment is dynamic and change is inevitable for sustainability of organizations. So at all levels in the management, the manager should be capable of managing change. the unfreeze - move -refreeze model is the key. while managing change lot of capabilities of the manager is put to test - the communication skills, persuation skills, negoitiation skills, dealing with resistence and so on.
