of course body language is a and important way to tell what the other person is thinking and act as the way u see better according to ur feelings

Sure the Non-Verbal communication can directly start a calm environment or can start a war. so non-verbal communication sure affect the decisions for anyone...

It definitely does. Research states that only7% of our communication happens through verbal medium.  The remaining contributions are through body language and para-language.  Think of a context when we tell someone at work that he or she did a good job: "You did a good job".  When we say it with a smile and open hand gesture, supported with pleasant tone of communication, it would sound like a complement.  But if we say the same with a stiff lip, with a flat tone, it could be interpreted as cynicism or sarcasm! Body language definitely adds a lot of value and perspective to our verbal communication.
