Write, just write. Keep writing even it's terrible and you have a million mistakes. Just write. It doesn't have to make sense, eventually you're mind will start up again. You should also create a writing routine for yourself. Choose a place to write in, choose the same time of day to write etc... You will be pulled into the habit eventually writing blocks will become a thing of the past.
When I have to write something but only draw a blank, I do the unexpected. I start at the end and work my way to the beginning. Then I read it through from the beginning, making changes to the content and grammar while tying it all together as I go. Then I go over it another time from beginning to end, and I keep adding, editing and making changes until I get to a stopping point. However, it is stil not finished. I wait for a while and go back to the piece, read it again, and repeat the process a couple more times until I feel that it is finished.
First and foremost take your mind out of gear by doing something pleasant. Next let your subconscious mull over the problem, not your conscious mind.
Now, write about something unrelated and light. The flow will return quickly.
