Employees training program is critical for company’s own performance. Training of employees presents a prime opportunity for companies to expand the knowledge base of all employees.

 

Training and development sessions provides the company enormous benefits that make the cost and time a worthwhile investment. Few of the benefits are:

Employee training programs maintain the knowledge, skills and abilities of the company's workforce. KSA's tend to wane or misdirect themselves over time away from the company's goals and requirements. Training programs make sure they stay in line with corperate goals and culture while keeping up to date with developing industry standards.

 

Any company which does not change over time shall suffer in their industry, thus adapting existing training programs provides the perfect opportunity with which to redirect focus towards new ideas, developments and goals which may have arisen from executive and strategic levels. Wonderful question here, Duaa.  Employee training is extremley important.  I would go a step further and say that coaching within organisations is imperative for organisation to go from good to great.

Employee training is very important for the company own development because it gives an opportunity to know more about the company objective, market values etc .

it is necessary that each employee whether they are old staff or new they should attend training at regular intervals so that they get refreshed with the values of the company. Who they work for and what are their future projects and how they can take the project to the next level. It gives an idea to implement new techniques and process for development of the company.
