audit should be conducted1 time a year for the system at company level
for companies that have several locations, it is suggested to conduct local audit1 time a year for each location
sub contractor should be audited as well each1 year
company should develop LPI for each contractor consist of safety & health parameter, environment parameter, and also lagging factors required
company plan/equipment should be inspected at least every month, but it should be inspected every day for general check. And every after shutdown, thorough inspection should be conducted before it is started up again
