Why do employees stay at their current jobs regardless of being under-appreciated? Is it always about the business and not the people?

Hi,

The reality is if one is not working in a well known company then the feel of under appreciated is found everywhere. however, I believe the following could be the reasons which makes them stay at their current job;

1. Personal reasons.

2. They are getting much exposure and pretty good experience for their future career.

3.Commitment towards their job.

3. Or even waiting to grab new opportunities while working with the same firm.

These are just my personal findings and I hope this might have helped you.

Cheers
