Very simple just directly ask the client if he would recommend the service or product to anyone else.

1) If a frequent customer provides you an opportunity to correct any mistakes the company may have made on an important order.

 

2) When the customer selects your company even if there are others who offer better pricing, due to the rapport you've built with the client.

 

3) The customer prefers to deal specifically with you and no one else.

 

4) The customer starts talking to you about their personal life, which shows that you have completely gained their trust and business.

1- repetitions of buying.

2- Recommending others for the same.

There are a quite of few signs that show that customer is loyal to you:

1) He give you repeat business

2) He only buys from you no matter how high you price is(he's looking for service not price)

3) Most importantly, he will recommend you to others.

Yes. They will not settle on price comparison with your competitors. They will settle on the quality of your product and the good relationship established mutually. They will treat you as a business partner not a supplier.
