اكيد ارغب والتوقيت المناسب  بعد مزاوله العمل الخاص بى من الصفر  واشمل جميع خبراته العمليه وكذلك المكتبيه فلا يحدده عدد معين من السنون بل على حسب مده تعلمى

From my  experience , i beleive that anyybody  can start his own buisness once he make sure that he has the following : 

1. Ability to run the buisness from A-Z by his own ,,,,,,not depending on others ....even that he will have employees under his management but  he must not depend on their experience for the sucesss of the buisness at least in the begining ....otherwise he might fail ....( ofcourse this will ary based on the size of the buisness ) , in other words, buisness keys must be in his hand not with others.....
2. Buisness plan in which he migt have some scenarios ( could be optimistic one or not ) for two - three years... the sceorio show the expected income and revenue , expenses ,cash flow expected profit or losses .
3. Risk management plant  : i prefer  to use   what if  tool ....
4. Market study.. 
5. The most important :   strong reason to leave the job and to open buisness ...Why do i have to open buisness ???  

أفضل توقيت لبدء المشروع هي المرحلة ما بعد5-10 سنوات من الانخراط في سوق العمل ما بعد التخرج .. تكتسب خبرات كثيرة لم تكتسبها بالجامعة تؤهلك لفتح مشروعك الخاص وخصوصا بمرحلة الشباب 

In fact some or other time every one wanted to start his own business. For a salaried person the best time to start the business will be when he has following

1. A definate business plan

2. Saving to run house hold expenses for next2 years.

3. Sufficent funding for starting the venture. Normally I consider125% of the money required to start a business. This25% is to meet the contigency.

setting up a business depends really on your vision and ability to witstand the vagaries associated with it in terms of finance, natural phiniminum and other overheads

نعم اريد افتح  مشروع تجاري  في أي وقت لان الوقت او الزمن متوقف عند الماده الماليه فقط

اذا فيه ماده يمكن تدرس وتقيم وتخطط المشروع وتنفذه 

نعم أود أن يكون لي عمل خاص بي و أطمح  لدلك مند مدة كبيرة ولاكن نقص الموارد المالية لم يمكنن من فتح عمل خاص بي ولاكن كنت أرغب أن يكون في شبابي لأنه أفضل وقت لدلك

نعم ارغب في مساء حيث انني مواطنه كويتيه واحتاج الي وظيفه امس الحاجه

according to my suggestion

1. first thing is business plan

2.money sourse most important

3.then the most important thing is strategy to run the business successfully

4. if the business man is risk taker then this is plus point but dont take100% risk because its risky to take100% risk

5. make investments in different business not invest all money in one business 

if the person have all or most of them qualities and resourses then this is the right time to start the business and compete in fast growing world
