A customer who refuses to listen to any logic.
Stay calm, keep smiling, be polite with a nice voice ask about customer`s needs, provide the best service.
I agree with Ms. Vetahnova. Though, it is very rare to get a customer that is so upset that they get abusive, keeping calm and maintaining a level of professionalism that is observed through the tone of your voice, facial expression and body language is the best way to deal with abusive customers. Also, keep in mind that at some point, when the customer's behavior is too much, you need to address the customer's behavior and mention that tolerance works both ways. This is because it is your right to not subject yourself to such abuse.
one can easily deal with abusive customers by providing him exact information and being polite to customer who is abusive one will definatley settle down if the process knowledge is upto mark
First and foremost, we need to hear them out, in that way they will feel that we somehow care for the reason why they are upset. most of the time customers will calm down.
