- cold call concept could be done by callingnos of profile for a job req. etc.

- warm call could be considered as a sales perspective call were concer could introduce about his / her business in a direct manner thru individual mail etc,

Cold call is when you call from the phone book ,you are insurance seller and you need people to sell and you use the phone book as data base ! Warm call is when you have a recommendation list to call for what ever reason and hot call is when you know that somebody want to buy an BMW and you have one to sell. Social call is every other call with social background.
