Most companies are requires a minimum experience as most probably they dont have time to teach a candidate from zero.

Take a course in HR, read books about HR, increasing your knowledge increases the chances of getting hired and shows that you have an ability to learn and learn fast.

Also feilds like HR requires personal charachters and skills to be able to manage and working with employees, learn about about those skills that needs to be shown in the interview, indicators will be seen in the interview to determine if you can fit for this job.

Hope this answer is helpfull.

In these days, most people facing this issue when they are looking for jobs after they graduated from the college by some reasons.. The companies dont want to pay more for the degrees without experience, they are looking for people without degree but some years experience. that did not tell you are not qualified or not going to handle the job. it is just matter of who is going to value your degree. dont give up, keep applying again and again everywhere. wish you the luck.
