Do you think there is a real value to the new Bayt Streams?

This is a discussion, I hope we will see participants from Bayt.com Officials My definition for Real Value would be: 1- For Job Seekers/Professionals: A- Will we reach a point where Employers read job seeker answers/questions before making the "call for an interview decision"? B- If answer for Point A is yes, would it be automated? hard coded into Bayt system at least to provide a suggestion or recommendation for employers to read Job seekers Streams? or to add a highlighted link like: See This Employer Streams!. C- Will Bayt.com professionals, through their relation with Top Employers, suggest top contributors for top recruiters for example?. 2- For Bayt.com: Searching for indexed streams I find something around 3000 Questions & Answers, do this new content provide a new traffic channel? (I mean for sure it do, but is it to a level worth the new feature?, here we need to discuss few important points also: A- The uniqueness of the content: This is the main reason why I'm asking this questions, I started my day with a look at Bayt.com streams, I was ready to answer few questions, then I found that almost all new posted questions are taken from Internet! Job Seekers are asking questions they already know the answers for, this create duplicate content for users and search engines, which reduce the value of the whole system. B- Endorsements/Votes Credibility: I started using Streams 14 days ago, After 3 days I became one of the top 10 in SEO and WMT, I got endorsed from people I dont know after answering my first question! I believe Bayt.com need to work around this important note to assist credibility. C- Bayt.com Employees Intervention: I noticed many Bayt.com Employers are asking questions "Not even related to their specialties", plus voting for answers in fields they have no knowledge at, its like shouting: "Hey People We are encouraging you to use our new system in a biased unprofessional way - for me at least!".
