Can you think of any Soft Skills deficits your immediate boss has?

I am my own boss and I can list a few soft skills I am working on elevating right now:

1) self-confidence: too often I second guess myself after making a decision and delve into a lengthy, often unnecessary meandering thru lists of pros and cons, properly filed analytics, and manuals, and firmly arrive at the same answer my intuition told me from the start with no effort;

2) prioritising: while often seen as a mover of mountains, I struggle wth speaking to myself with clarity to ensure I know what want first, and believe without deflection, that it's a good enough reason;

3) self-worth: knowing that despite my faults, I am good enough to accomplish anything I want;

Innumerable. Words fail me.
