Don't you think companies should have a sector to examine and train youth?

Something like a youth academy. Those youngsters who are fresh graduates, or those who are willing to work while completing their studies would join such academies. This will give company a wide range of human resources. Companies could also save up money, since youngsters won't be expecting big salaries. This will also help getting the full potential out of youth hoping to achieve their dreams.Don't you think so?

Absolutely. Something is very wrong in society when you have educated and credentialed individuals unable to get jobs. With young people, especially when it is expensive to attend university, there should be some type of apprenticeship system that will give them the exposure to the working world and the fundamental skills for any workplace.

we have lots of fresh and energative youth lying over unemployment in every country. to utilize those human resources every company should give them the entire training, motivation, technique and good environment in the work place then only we can change some of the social factors which are affected by the youts and trains of the youth in some contest likewise drogs, social crime etc. so every company should think and give at list their some contribution for raising the youyh's capasity and train them for better world.

Very precisely in my opinion, companies do not require a separate sector for imparting training to the youth. To support my opinion reasons are mentioned below:

1. Of late, large companies allow the young graduates to carryout internship in the companies. According to the suitability and requirement the respective company absorbs the right candidate in the company from the internees.

2. Most of the renowned companies, nowadays, practice the CSR program where youth are taken into account for their training as required for the society.

3. Some companies are having separate ‘Training Division/Department’ responsible for imparting training to the new comers and employees of the company.

All companies higer fresh graduates in thier core business activities. Based on my experience, some work laws prohibit adopting this approach on a wide scale because it will normally result in accepting some and all of them and this is not easily achieved. But I see that mega companies capable of doing this must do it.

Business work for profit. Social development and upbuilding is the job of Public institutions or NGS of multilateral agencies. Youth development is a community development activity that is necessary but private sector can participate but couldnot takeover Project solely. the reason is simple. They donot have resources and finances to sustain such initiative. Public Private Partnership is key for such Projects.
