of course we prefer both ... but what if you've to choose one of them
Obviously prefer Quality of Work because if the employee/individual have quality of work then he recognize/notice/faced all problem which ahead. And if he/she courage to faced the problem then with quality of work also good spirit to done the Quantity of accomplished work .
Thanks.........!
quality of work
I personally believe that the quality of work linked closely linked to the amount of work done, especially if it's in a particular specialty
I would choose Quality of Work. I think that if the employees do a quality work, the accomplished work will also be of a good quality. Though, this is not the case for a type of employee that works as a robot day and night, doing a good job, but not accomplishing anything in the end. We don't need this kind of robots, of corse. Anyway, this will depend of you, as a manager. If you are a great leader, a manager by example that will not only tell people what to do but show them how to do it, your people will follow you as a sun-flower follows the sun. An then, only then you will know that you have both Qualitty of Work and Quality of accomplished work from your followers
If you need to choose ONE then Quality work, it gains goodwill and reputation and enhance the market of your goods and services by words of mouth.
of course we prefer both ... but what if you've to choose one of them
We must study the situation and evaluate the performance of the team and its level, but there is always
a compromise between quality and quantity
And depending on the product that we're dealing with
Whay can't I have both?
Of Course Quality.
This is the real thing what i am doing this right now. This is the place where i dont compromise with.
Quality of Work but with certain speed of accomplishment, if a worker is accurate but slow and get behind due dates, it is not good and need to be developed.
In general, i would prefer the fast workers with quality.
Honesty, and dedication towards the job, which the company tell him to do.
Quality and then quantity; quantity can be a false economy when items have to be recalled to be scrapped or rebuilt.
