The age and cv together is very important but the age Not exceeding 50 years

age becomes a stoping factor because they cannot work beyond their limits. Even if they do, only upto a certain time. as we are improving our work efficiency should also improve. but we can take helpor advices from the elderly people who had already gone through this period. so that we can be more efficient in our work.

It should not be a factor or this is a huge discrimiation issue. The only time that age should be considered is if the job requires physical work i.e. labor.

AGE FACTOR IS DIRECTLY PROPOTIONAL TO THE EXPERIENCE, NOW A DAYS EMPLOYER'S DOES LOOK AGE AS HUGE FACTOR FOR THEIR EMPLOYEE BUT AGAIN EXPERIENCE COMES WITH TIME ITS NOT AN APP TO DOWNLOAD AND START WORKING WITH SAME THOUGHTS , SPEED AND DECISSIONS.

SOME EMPLOYER'S STILL BELIEVES IN EXPERIENCE AND THEY CONSIDER AGE LIMITS TO BE REASONABLE LEVEL AND AS PER THE RESEARCH A COMPANY HAVING FRESH AND YOUNG EMPLOYEES MORE HAVE BIGGER CHANCES OF GROWTH BUT ALSO HAVE BIGGER CHANCES OF MISTAKES, WHERE AS COMPANY HAVING EXPERIENCE SITTING ON TOP TO MONITOR HAVE LESS CLAIMS AND MISTAKES CHANCES . THIS IS A PROVEN RECORD.

Depends on the job requirements, as Filed jobs may be difficult for the older guys and managerial jobs may be difficult for the younger guys due to lack of experience.

Not at all, if you proof that you are up to it, I see no issues at all, on the contrary you are experienced and well knowldge person in which your presence would save a lot of money and effort to the company
