its just depends on the specific gravity of the steel grade and specification.

Concerning the % of steel reinforcement it depends from an element to another:

1-Shear walls: %reinforcement=(0.% to2%)* Cross sectional area gross; note that whenever the % exceeds the2%  its required to change the wall dimensions.

2-RC columns:%reinforcement=(1% to4%)* Cross sectional area gross; note that whenever the % exceeds the4%  its required to change the column dimensions.

3-Slabs: minimum steel reinforcement/meter =0.%*slab thickness*1meter

4-Mat Foundation:minimum steel reinforcement/meter =0.%*MAT thickness*1meter
