Sales, Information Technology and Project Managment. What is the best job title which can combine those three specializations in one postion?

I believe that IT Project Manager with IT Project+ and PMP certificate is the best choice  

There is a Conflict between the roles,

CTO to manage the team and create an accepted conflict could do the JOB.

or he can bein a role of business development Manager.

In my opinion this job matches an ICT Manager role  

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (BDO)

performing all activities  sales,IT ,Project Mgmt.

In my experience i beleive the best job title would Sales Coordinating Manager/Coordinating Director(SALES)
