I believe there is direct link between customer retention & employee engagement as without company having a employee engagement platform for their employees it is quite difficult to track on their interest and being happy within the company.Companies who establishes employee engagement platform are better aware about their employee's needs for them to provide a satisfactory environment and also its a known fact that happy employees makes happy customers.
