  • A headhunter shouldn't be discriminatory or too personal with a Candidate
  • One has to look for Knowledge, Personality and potential in an Executive.
  • A headhunter should be able to provide consultation to the Candidate especially with regards to bumps on the CVs etc. their ability to give preemptive solutions to deal with employer insatiable requests and/ expectations.
