Voltage drop its the amount of energy loss in the transmission of electricity in a power circuit . It depends on type/size of power cable , length and electrical load connected.

Voltage Dip is a sudden drop in voltage during a short time that is related to many factors such as a short circuit , motor starting and any inductive load .
