I am utterly against polarization. There is nothing like black or white. Life is spent in grey. So all the aspects are important to business in their own right. A business is all about the bottom line, which is non existent without a top line. The customers create the top line but with the help of assets and employees. Hence i would say that there should be a customer attracting policy shot out from the owners and the employees should be trusted to implement it. The assets provide the necessary platform for the development and implementation of the policies.
