I disagree with Mr. Stanley Zimbizi HR titles is not disappearing, its rising in this modern days in Sixty’s & Seventy’s was used to call personal management in eighty’s with the help of Mr. Michal Armstrong & the theories of Harvard matching model and others personal management changed to human resource management, now the most modern name is People and culture management, but human capital management is the Brach of human resource management.
