If i want to enter a bid for governmental institute in Jordan, IT related causes, What factors shall I consider while calculating my price?

it is a1 year contract, my estimation that it would require2 employees of my team.

So far I managed to consider the transportation of the employees, banking costs, etc.

 

What are other cost elements I may consider?

While calculating cost for IT related jobs, you need to consider the below expenses.

 

1) Salary of staff (for total period)

2) Facilities provided to staff (transportation, mobile, food for the total period).

3) Software leasing cost (if any)

4) Administrative cost (if any)

5) Bribe (vasta) expenses.

 

The above expenses will be routine expenses, you can check if any other expenses are also involved and prepare an estimated cost for1 year contract.

 

Finally you can add profits you wish to keep and prepare a quotation.
