Generic KPI in Procurement in given period of time are as follows

  1.  Number of Purchase order  and number of service contract issued
  2. Total value of purchase order /Service contract volume
  3. Actual delivery time vs, target delivery time as written in PO(Average % of delay in delivery)
  4. Actual expenditure vs. Budgeted cost 
  5. Customer Satisfaction
