Having technical knowledge or book fed ideas is not enough. Being a fresher means the element if unpredictability is high in every outcome. One must be spontaneous. You should be ready with back up plans . you should be ready to emerge out of your comfort shell and get into ideas that you never thought would succeed. Being steady even if this GS don't work your way and knowing how to tackle your way out of problems should be another skill. Most of all be ready to explore as the world has many ideas to offer and be ready to embrace every situation as a stepping stone.. No matter how well read you are in your , when you are a fresher, every opportunity teaches you a new lesson.
