B2B marketing is entirely different from B2C marketing or general marketing as you referred.

b2b sales cycle are relatively long lasting than b2c sales cycle. Also B2b prospects have more knowledge about the product and do more research than b2c consumers. One of the most significant difference is that b2b marketing is usually revolves around more sophisticated products. Larger number of people are involved when marketing b2b product as a whole organisation is your prospect at a same time. Also there is a need of developing and presenting a unique yet relatively more impressive proposal in b2b marketing.
