I used to go for an interview long time ago when i was fresh and it is also written in my CV, but i do not understand why the people who is taking interview thinking about the fresh one? are they human ? if they do not have experience it is your responsibility to provide better job position with growth substantial so that they will become more value able .. but according to my opinion no one do this all of them just want an animal or you can say slave who can work like a slave do not ask about any thing. what is your opinion regarding this please tell me and us so that we can understand the nature of person
Every position has its requirements for skills, qualifications and number of years of experiences. But there are some positions are opened for fresh graduates, although the opportunities for fresh are not very frequent but there are some offered. See the strategies of GCC market where they are encouraging fresh graduates to deposit their candidates and attend job forums to get idea about the job markets and their requirements for certain skills. My advice is never take it personnel or react emotionally, the begining is always painfull and hard to find a job. Try to increase you credentials by taking some certificates. And remember that you are still young and you have all the life in front you, one day you'll get a good chance.
Realy need experiance for to manage managerial skills
Some works of offices are very important and they need experience candidates to work properly without any mistake.Like Excise,Store,Purchase account. This is the main heart of any industry.
