Business Strategy is the business Mission  or the main goal of the company (which is long answer but making it short) the main objective of Business Strategy is to get to that goal, for example, Bill Gates wants windows in every4 walls, to get there the brand strategy focuses on strategy for the brand which is constant improvement and development of the brand, that goes within product life cycle, it is repeated, so the Brand Strategy is methods to get to the Business Strategy goals.

A brand strategy focus on a particular brand where as a business strategy is for the entire business. to put in simple terms brand strategy is a branch or one small part of the entire business strategy

I would say brand strategy is more inclined towards the improvement the products/services offered by the company, how your customers perceive the brand image and how it is positioned in the market.

Whereas Business strategy focuses more on the entire business as a whole. This would include branding, marketing, sales, finance etc.
