We should give attention and focus at all phases or steps in the recruitment process starting from planning to selection and placement.  Of course, selection is a vital the most important phase.

I think it is the Interview, recruiter can directly ask all wanted questions, assess the answers and the impressions of the candidate, search more into the experience of the candidate, and evaluate the ability of the candidate to join the team.
