Henry Ford should be at the top of the list in my opinion.
He is credited for mass production of inexpensive goods coupled with high wages or fair wages for workers. Ford had a global vision, with consumerism as the key to peace. His intense commitment to systematically lowering costs resulted in many technical and business innovations, including a franchise system that put dealerships throughout most of North America and in major cities on six continents.
The Japanese Motor companies were succesful as a market leader today because of Ford's method of production.
My other inspirational entrepreneurs would be Richard Branson who is an investor and philanthropist. He is best known as the founder of Virgin Group, which comprises more than 400 companies.
James Dyson who is an inventor, industrial designer and founder of the Dyson company. He is best known as the inventor of the Dual Cyclone bagless vacuum cleaner, which works on the principle of cyclonic separation.
Bill Gates
Lee Byung-chul
Kiichiro Toyoda
