Happy Employees are those who feel obliged "not obligated" to protect your merchandise.

If you do not protect and serve your employees by providing a good working environment, understanding management and rewarding career prospects to look forward to.. they will NOT protect and serve your business.

Theft is not just stealing your products. An unhappy employee will start first by stealing your time, being absent, late, too many excuses or sick leaves! then your labor, by referring their colleagues to other employers and so on..

A Happy and contempt employee will always protect his/her work haven!

Keep the costly perfumes under closed glass door cabinets. Have the floor manager to keep constant vigil and use CCTVs. Educate the employees for not to indulge in any type of pilferage activities. Do not to allow personnel belongings/handbags into the store. Provide uniforms and the change room outside store. Frisking with a detector which can scan bar codes while exiting the store and at the change room. Do not excuse the defaulters and take appropriate action as per the seriousness of the offence. Give incentives to employees who give information leads of any theft activity.
