There are a lot of things you need to consider or to apply to the organization/company to keep your employees. To name some of the best things we need to consider are the following:

*Appreciation/Recognition - one of the most important things that employee appreciates or value would be the recognition coming from their employer. An employee would boost his confidence towards his/her job if they are well recognized and appreciated on what they accomplish or the track of what they do.

*New challenges - employees are more ecstatic if you gave them new challenges. It's win-win situation  because if the employee would learn a lot then they could apply those things in the company.

*Fun at work - Stress is normal throughout the workplace and so we need to keep a happy and healthy working environment for us to be able to be free from stress (as possible) and if they are happy while working then surely they would stay in the company.
