Bank lending or loans is a adept in which a company borrow from a bank or an entity in return of an interest (interest rate) 

capital markets which include stocks and bonds: when a corporation wants to increase thier capital and decide to issue shares, the stock or sharesholders become owners in the company by the present of the stocks they own and they take dividend which is a sum of money paid regulary by the company to the shareholders from its profit.
