What are the reasons need answers from Expertise.
He is the Only one who wants perfection in you. Criticism is good for those who want learn more otherwise stagnant water makes odour
If you work for an overly critical boss, there are some steps to take to disarm him and regain confidence in your work. Before you can disarm an overly critical boss, try and understand the motivation behind his behaviour. Many overly critical people act the way they do because of power and control issues. They might be just as quick to offer a compliment if it feeds their need to be in control. This only confuses staffers even more.
The first step to overcoming a critical boss is staying calm. Your natural instinct might be to lash out, get angry and defensive, or to appear fearful. Recognizing this can help you understand his behavior and gain a competitive advantage.
Work to become your boss' ally. Find out how you can help your boss succeed and make things easier for her. Let her know you are available to help with difficult projects or take some of her work off of her hands, if need be. This will reinforce your goal of building trust with your boss. It might also create a more relaxed atmosphere.
One of the best things you can do to avoid criticism is to deliver your work on time and meet or exceed your expectations. Do not miss deadlines and always put your best foot forward. If your boss has questions about your methods, answer them and provide explanations for the way you do things. Provide data showing how your methods have benefited the team and the company. Arrive promptly to work and be willing to stay late if necessary to ensure your work is complete. This will give your boss fewer reasons to criticize you and improve your overall work environment.
Good Luck
He sees most potential to grow in you and not in the others :) He wants you to be the best one by challenging you and make you improve the smallest mistakes. And remember: getting feedback (positive or negative) makes a better learning process than getting no feedback at all.
Sometime some managers when they find their subordinate very much skillful with high expectation especially if the manager is not professional & high skilful and when the subordinate experiences wise is close to the manager or second person in department they afraid from their set, such manager will never appreciate or encourage such talent staff member, because such manager is lacking confident.
On the other hand talent, skilful manager with confident, when they expect more from his subordinate they provocative them to get more better performance from the current, because he know your skill only when you reach to your manager expectation he will show up his appreciation .Mr. Omer only you can judge what type is your manager .
He/she is biased or having discrimination.
If criticizes the right points, its good for your to be take that as a opportunity to prove you be the best. Otherwise, he/she can self understand that no point in criticizing when there is nothing to criticize. Thanks.
