Tough question. I would prefer a bad job with good manager. Reason being is that while working under a good manager, I can learn more and get the opportunity to explore my strengths and weaknesses which may help me in my career growth.
if i am good (sincere & loyal) at the job, everything will be fair and will help in creating good faith. There is nothing good or bad it is the only perspective how we see the problem that matters and of course the perks matters. Paid good no problem with a bad manager. Paid bad no satisfaction with a good manager. i always remember a proverb " we can't break the rules, we break ourselves against them" and a saying that "the boss is always right".
Of course Bad Job with good manager because the main goal of the manager is to switch the bad to good and even perfect !
THERE IS NO BAD JOB as long as THERE IS GOOD MANAGERS
Good Job with bad manager will help you in achieving great level of patience.and a Bad job with good manager will help to strengthen ones week side or week subject.
So, in any of the cases we gain some thing. So anything we choose is better.
With a good manager you can the "bad" change to good and the real question is; "is there a bad job at all"?
Both got is own pros and cons.
Good Job with Bad Manager....is one way very well to learn and gain experience as the job is good, just need to honor as long as the instructions has been given by him and for the purpose of reporting. Once gained good experience if he still doesn't change his bad management can move out from the team and seek change from the team.
Bad Job with Good Manager -- Here you have opportunity to extend and apply your intellectual mind to keep things in better way or to learn management skills from your boss and apply them to put things in place to avoid redundant or automate routine works, so having a good manager you will have GO for such things to pursue along with your job commitment.

ON THE CONTRARY BOTH THE POINTS ARE SELECTIVE AND BENEFICIAL.
A GOOD JOB WILL GIVE ME BEST SATISFACTION AND EXPANSION AT WORK ON OUR OWN, WHICH IS I GUESS, PRETTY MUCH NECESSARY CAUSE NOBODY AT THE END IS GONNA DO YOUR WORK, SO I THINK IT INCREASES WORK EXPERTISE AND PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE PRIORITIES IN LIFE OF THEIR OWN, IT'S JUST HOW YOU TACKLE THEM.
ON THE SECOND THOUGHT, BAD JOB WITH GOOD MANAGER WILL ENHANCE YOUR INTERPERSONAL SKILLS BUT NOT EXPERTISE IN THE WORK. HOWEVER, MANAGER CAN BE VERY HELPFUL WHICH CAN GIVE YOU POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
BUT IF I HAD TO PICK ONE JOB, I WOULD PICK, GOOD JOB RECONSIDERING ABOVE POINTS.
I will say bad job with good manager and good salary :)
