In my view accounting strategy is a account planning which view long term to make a company profit or loss by maintaining account from back office. But costing strategy make competitors  to thought and get consumer attract fast.

By Accounting you manage an account of a company or organization expenditure, salaries & other heads and at the end you come to know what you have invested & what is out come from it means profit gained weather it is going down or up as compare to your investment over it and costing is another subject that deals with the product of a company to evaluate its manufacturing cost and expense to market it including publicity to realize the sale prize for the end user.
