1. Compliance with the work plans or drawings, agreed work sequence and procedures or method statement.

3. Ensure that permit to work is available and monitored in regular basis by a safety officer.
4. Work is manage by an engineer, a supervisor or foreman who knows very well the work being performed.
5. Work is verified and accepted by a quality control engineer.
