Practical aspects of courses and disciplines are often missing from the course contents. At times, the syllabus has not been updated since decades or so. Also, there should be focus on life skills, career counselling, relationship counselling and some practical certifications/trainings, etc.

Depending on the institution one is discussing unfortunately in the field of psychology outcomes and targets are not unified in Lebanon, thus curricula are often determined by specific university departments. As such, some departments have great curricula devised and others do not. Moreover, not all universities or institutions in Lebanon provide psychology courses and this is closely related to the lack of credible psychologists and psychology teachers in the country.

Moreover, not all universities or institutions in Lebanon provide psychology courses and this is closely related to the lack of credible psychologists and psychology teachers in the country. However, in the past years there has been a net improvement in the field as a whole and progress is being made where curricula are getting better and professionals are being hired to teach about psychology as a science.

The syllabus varies from school to school in my country. However, the methods are not the same in each school. Some schools follow very messy and hap-hazard chronology to teach language (English) to the early learners (beginners). I think, that a systematic approach should be followed to teach the very spelling and pronunciation skill.

Not for all educational establishments. For example, many language centres do not take pains designing a course curriculum and presenting it to learners for the reasons unknown. Oftentimes, students have a vague understanding of where they are heading in the course. Therefore, I take it as my own responsibility to design a course outline for my team and one-to-one learners before the lessons begin.
