In My opinion that would be: neglecting the power of proper education, and assigning very old rigid minds to be in charge of our curriculums; which eventually led to creating a self deluded bubbled society that has false measurement tools which is unable on its own to define edcucation. Which of course means a lot of things such as: -Lack of political awareness. -Lack of self initiation (always waiting for people to tell you what's appropriate and what's not) -Lack of "pursuit of happyness" (Everyone is trying to be happy by marking what others want to be happy as their -lack of dreams-). - Lack of will to properly demand a better life (they don' even know what a better life means) And the list goes on and on, if you want a highly productive educated society, you need an educational system that is motivating, daring, and encourages scientific research methods. Not just a system that tells you to study engineering or medicine so you can earn more money!
