Some techniques of project feasibility are:

1. Payback

2. Break-even

3. Internal rate of return

 

Financing of a project should not be confused project feasibility as the financing and feasibility assessments are two different decisions. However, if financing decision has laready been made then you can also use:

4. Net Present Value

5. Discounted pay back
