Dear All,

First of all, do not try to delete hidden files or folders on your PC before you completely know what exactly those files are and what type of data they include.

The usual option you have to expose those files from hidden state; is by going to Control Panel option, and clicking "Hidden files" in search space to get "folder Option" icon. Next, you have to view what changes you can do on your file/folders - which are already stored in your PC – and choose the following option from dialog box " Show hidden files, folders  and drives". This option will show you every hidden files/ folders and drive them to be easily found. After you already know what data was hidden and now are exposed, you can easily delete them from your computer.

Thanks,

Lubna

In Win7

Go to Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Folder Options

In WinXP

Open the Document folder below the location bar you well find Tools click on it then folder options

After you open folder options

Click on View after that in the advanced settings uncheck the following

Hide extensions for known file types

Hide protected operating system files

Then click on Apply

After that you open the place where your hidden file/folders are if you open it before doing the uncheck

Then you have to press F5 to refresh it to see the hidden file/folders and do what you want with them

Finally the unchecked ones you did check them back to normal

There is another way to do it by using Command Prompt (CMD) but it’s hard

But if you want it just Google it
