Job satisfaction can be achieved whenever your job can satisfy some or all of the following needs:
1- Your job provides you with a decent or good monetary rewards.
2- Your job provides you with an opportunity to express yourself, your opinion and to be creative.
2- Earning recognition: Your job or employer appreciate what you do.
3- Your job provides you with an opportunity to grow and develop yourself.
4- Inner satisfaction: when you actually do what you really like or enjoy.
5- When you are able to maintain and establish a positive relationship with others, including your co-workers, your boss and clients.
6- Employment safety/security: when you work in an environment without worrying about getting fired at any moment.
When considering the above points, we can recognize that a lot of these issues are subjective in nature, and it will have a different effect and different meaning to various people.
In my point of view, I don't believe that% satisfaction is feasible. Due to a number of reasons. First of all, there is no such a perfect job (at least according to my knowledge). Secondly, human being are never satisfied because they are constantly looking for more! Even if they had literally what so-called a perfect job, sooner or later, people will always find something to complain about.
Job satisfaction can be different for each individual. Generally, it is the satisfaction of average number for people with the nature of work.
% Job satisfaction is possible as long as the individual is passionate about his job and the company facilitates for creative freedom.
