Close the valve of the oil cooler (upper and bottom),drain the oil from oil cooler to proper storage tank, remove the cooler,change 'O' ring, clean oil cooler by oil,fix it back, vacuum oil cooler for moisture removing,open bottom valve,open vent plug, after oil come out wait for all air come out,open top valve,top up transformer main tank.
