targeting a client is as simple as filtering the clients from every one into the Potential clients.

you will have to narrow the potential client circle into as small as possible by eliminating a variety of values until you have a very clear and a sharp vision, from there you can Enlarge the circle to get more client but be careful and wise, enlarging too much may cause loosing some of the targeted clients.

who is going to use or will be interest in the product

 

Male/Female

Age : children / teenage / adult / etc...

client usage ( on job, as hobby, everyone)

client Financial income

etc...

 

depend on the values you can narrow your search into potential clients
