If you are promoted for a managerial position such as supervisor or area manager, what is the main thing in managing your team ?

Team Management is about delegation.

Tasks can be a handful for a manager, it is almost impossible to be able to do all assigned tasks without the support of team members. Therefore delegating and managing team members would ensure on completing the tasks effectively.
