Facility Management generally refers to the following functions or activities;

  • Building Maintenance: Premises cleaning, renovation and  maintenance which painting, mechanical, electrical and  sanitary  services
  • Facility Operation: Managing security services i.e security guards, CCTV, Fire alarm, smoke detector,  sprinkler system to put off fire, managing of smooth movement of people, goods in the building.
  • Relationship Management: Managing good relationship with lease holders through  effective communication and meeting  at reasonable interval for update and betterment of services services and to hear their voices.
  • Finance: Preparation of  quarterly  financial statement   and analysis thereof.

Considering the above function, some technical knowledge in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, leadership quality  finally a commitment to manage as state of the art facility
