Do you prefer to hire female or male candidate for an executive secretary role?

Hiring male is suitable candidate especially in the field of construction, transportation, healthcare services however, if you are in the investment and other management operation, female is suitable candidate in which it would could attract clients.

I think I think females suit the roles of secretaries more than men 

Sometimes business client might be a girl or women. Doesn't matter if you are hiring male or female in sense if they both possess a professionalism in work and attitude. But yes for secretarial job, female are more of the choice.

If I can choose, I would also hire female (smiled).
