It is an important clause protecting both the parties especially the service provider from the events which are beyond reasonable control of human beings.

Force Majeure should be in any high value or long term contracts, this is a kind of managing nature risk and unexpected circumstances, otherwise in the absence of such clause could collapse the whole company in in case of such accident occurred
